My name is Bafedile Sheemah Phoffu, and I am a dedicated and detail-oriented professional with a Diploma in Financial Management. I have practical experience in financial administration, including creditors and debtors management, payment processing, reconciliation, and asset management. I am skilled in using financial systems such as BAS, LOGIS, Persal, and Safety Web to ensure accurate financial reporting and data entry. I am organized, reliable, and committed to maintaining confidentiality in all tasks I undertake. I am also fluent in English, Tswana, and Zulu, and I am always eager to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.

I have 18 months of practical experience in financial administration, where I managed creditors and debtors, processed payments, and performed reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records. I handled salary administration, sundry payments, and asset management using systems such as BAS, LOGIS, Persal, and Safety Web. My role required attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality, and I contributed to smooth financial operations by ensuring timely and accurate processing of all transactions.

I completed my Grade 12 (Matric) at Utsane High School in 2017, where I studied Business Studies, Economics, Mathematical Literacy, and English. I then pursued further studies in Financial Management at Tshwane South TVET College, completing N6 and earning a Diploma in Financial Management in 2024. My studies included Financial Accounting, Cost and Management Accounting, Entrepreneur and Business Management, Computerised Financial Systems, and Management Communication, giving me a strong foundation in finance and accounting.
