I have been in the security industry for more than 20 years, with the experience that I have I feel very confident to explore it anywhere in security.

Brief Description of Duties:
•Make sure all sites are covered on time.
•Weekly inspection to the company vehicles
•Check the asset register monthly and get serial numbers on each asset based on sites.
•Discipline the staff and charge them.
•Do risk assessments and recommendations.
•Liaise with the clients on the daily bases.
•Investigate the incidents and provide a report to the client within 24 hours.
•Have meetings with controllers and inspectors on each shift change.
•Do overall visits after the inspectors or supervisors to make sure compliance is done.
•Compiled monthly reports if it’s necessary.
•Meeting client’s requirements
•Making sure company rendered a good service.
•Department of Justice contract has penalty system which I drop penalties from 80.000 to 00
•COCT has same system of penalties for 6 years on this contract I made changes by making sure all the basics are in place and no penalty will be opposed by the City of cape town.
•I work very close to the clients and COCT area coordinators such as Derek
Dankers,Fredericks Ruiters , Martina White , Agmat Moerat , Armadine Muneeb ,Ashly
Manuel ,Deon Lottering, Regan Davids. And with their Ops Managers: Fritz Galiom and Paul Whilman
