I'm a dynamic person with experience in academic administration, human resources management (e.g., employee relations, recruitment and selection, employee self-service (ESS), VIP payroll, etc.), goal-setting capabilities, and good interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills. Additionally, I have extensive experience in general administration and customer service. Last but certainly not least, I am self-motivated, well-mannered with the capacity to flourish in a fast-paced atmosphere, communicate effectively at all levels, and adapt rapidly to new challenges. I am a creative, innovative, strategic thinker with strong leadership qualities.
 

Human Resources employee personnel management and successor to the HR managers for 5 years. Worked as an Academic programme manager for more than 7 years. Managed academic staff for 4 years in a private institution of higher learning. Currently serve as a successor to the Academic Director for 2 years in my current position of Academic programme manager
