Youthful and resourceful professional as a junior HR Officer/Generalist I'm constantly looking for methods to advance my career and skill set. During my studies in Human Resource Management at University of KwaZulu-Natal, I acquired a solid understanding of HR principles and practices, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and HRIS systems. Additionally, my internship experiences at Adcorp Group provided me with hands-on experience in various HR functions, such as assisting with recruitment processes, conducting interviews, assistance in drafting HR policies and procedures, and participating in employee engagement initiatives. Excellent in managing time and organizing tasks while collaborating with others. Being genuinely interested in process optimization, problem-solving, and the challenges the work environment comes with especially in the HR department and a trait of being proactive.
Communication being a great advantage, reason being I can speak, read and write four of the official South African languages being English, Afrikaans and isiXhosa and isiZulu.

Completed a 12-month Project management course, whilst working being a Recruitment Consultant. My highest Academic achievement being my Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Human Resource Management.
