I am a qualified Food Technologist/ Food Scientist with 10 years’ work experience, my work experience: I started working as a Quality controller in the laboratory, I worked as a Quality Controller on production lines, Food Technologist on the production Floor, Quality & Systems technologist mainly responsible for Food safety systems and Currently I am a Senior Food Technologist in a Poultry Abattoir that also does processed chicken products, my work experience in Food manufacturing covers, Poultry processing, Meat processing, Bakery, Ready to cook frozen products and Ready to eat high risk products.
