I am an ambitious leader, disciplined with well rounded management and organization skills.

I am currently a Team Leader at Merchants CX SA, where I am responsible for Coaching, Time Keeping, set targets and report on staff performance daily. Through managing a team, I have developed emotional intelligence and work well in a team setting through collaboration. I have great understanding of customer service through experience in Retail and Customer Service Contact Center.

I am a Bcomm Accounting Graduate from the University of Western Cape (2022). I completed Matric in 2013 with a Distinction in Accounting and have great skills in analytics.
