Atlehang Ntjana

Greetings.

My name is Atlehang Ntjana and I am a 26 year old graduate, in the field of production/operations management. I am driven to succeed in any tasks I am given, individual and group/teams as well. 

I love to research and stay updated with technological innovations worldwide because the progression of technology is directly linked to running smoother operations and ease of production flow.

Through my studies and brief employment in retail, food and the automotive industry I have been driven to hone my skills to ensure that all operations run within my jurisdiction run efficiently, not just effectively.

In the retail and food industry I worked closely with customers, which enabled me to understand how to achieve customer satisfaction and how best to deal with worst case scenarios.

The automotive industry was focused on direct production of goods and the standardization of processes and output generated.

Statistics was one of my majors I had undertaken during my studies and with it I learned the necessity of understanding probability. Probability teaches that there can be close to an infinite amount of outcomes, but once you take each outcome into consideration you can generate measures to accommodate each possibility.
