• Receive and supervise the incoming of products and ensure the quality and standard of the products and supplies are as per regulatory
• Ensure that products are stored in the correct manner as standard warehouse running documents and procedures.
• Ensure that warehouse temperatures
• Motivate warehouse staff to fulfil department objectives 
• Check and confirm al stock returns to the warehouse from the factory
• Control schedule 5 and 6 samples as delegated by the pharmacist 
• Making sure that there is sufficient storage space for order staging, returns and finished goods      are with specifications requirements 
• Keep stock control systems up to date Initiating and completing deviations and concessions 
• Oversee storage of all schedule waste rejects
• Filing of all waste logs 
• Perform quality assurance checks 
• Perform and ensure that checking, reconciling, processing and dispatching of outbound products and raw materials are done according to GMP and standard operations procedures.
• Communicate with supervisors, vendors, and staff to resolve any problems or concerns 
• Issue schedule raw materials to departments 
• Performing BAAN transactions 
• Checking and labelling bulks before shipment
