About Astrid Van Rooyen:

I have 10 years Graphic design experience in retail (skin/health and automotive sectors), with 5 years senior design experience. In these 5 years I have had to handle working hand in hand with the marketing manager. This involved brand awareness and conceptualizing. I am deadline driven, and I work best with a well layout brief and a deadline. I am a person that likes order and schedules, these just makes controlling/balancing everything easier and improves my skills to multitask on more than one project at a time and still meet all the deadlines. 

Over the 10 year I have built my knowledge on creating images or animations for websites/social media, conceptualising/designing brochures/leaflet (20 page) and conceptualising/designing product packaging. I love what I do, being creative is one of my superpowers and I am proud of it, I also have a good ability to listen to people and understand their point views and opinions.
