My name is Astacia I'm a down to earth hard working somebody, I am am strictly punctua and respect time, someone who strive to meet dead lines not afraid to face challenging situation I can work well under pressure and also can work both in a team even as an individual i have 7 years of admin experience .

I have worked at Shell Uktra city in Midrand from August 2014 as Receptionist and as a data capture at the same time where I enjoyed being the front desk officer that welcomed people in a very bright smile, made sure my Director's/Boss diary was arranged and up-to-date I was later capture all the daily shop's recon then  promoted to a Creditor Clerk where I was handling the supplier payments, preparing all the invoices that needed to be paid and made sure to inquire about all missing invoices appearing on the statements and made sure they were balancing with the payment made then send remittances to all suppliers every after payment made
