I am a self motivated, enthusiastic Educator who is seeking a new 
challenging career as a Training Coordinator, Skills Developer or 
Training Administrator, after more than 10 years of exploring and 
developing my knowledge and skill in the many different fields within 
the Education sector. I am a hardworking individual who strives to 
achieve the best in all areas, and am always eager to learn new skills 
and advance my career and professional development. 
I have done extensive training in Inclusive Education through SNAP, 
Inclusive Education South Africa, University of Cape Town and many 
online Universities and I will continue to expand my knowledge in 
Inclusive Education, administration, and training, as it is one of my 
greatest passions life. 
I have robust experience in applying a wide variety of teaching and 
assessment methodologies and contributing to the design and 
development of curriculum and teaching material. During my years of 
employment in education and training, I have: 
● Formulated and developed workshops on learning barriers to 
educate, train support and guide educators. 
● I represented my staff on the Social and Sustainability forum. 
● I was Head/Support Leader of the interns, students and assistants 
at our school and successfully helped in collaborating, formulating 
and designing the new policy and intern program. 
My strong initiative, exceptional organisational skills, and ability to cater 
to a diverse range of unique individuals, allow me to play a crucial role 
in a fast-paced teaching and learning environment. 
Furthermore, with my history of staff collaboration, I am prepared to 
become an immediate team player at company. I welcome the
