I'm Tyusha Asathola, a dedicated and hardworking individual with a strong academic background in Industrial Psychology from Rhodes University. My experience as an Examination Assistant has taught me the importance of organization, time management, and effective communication, and I've developed strong research, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. I'm proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. I'm adaptable, able to work well with diverse perspectives and work styles, and I'm detail-oriented with a customer-focused approach. Throughout my academic journey, I've demonstrated my ability to work effectively in teams, manage time efficiently, and cope with change while working well under pressure. With my strong foundation in Industrial Psychology and relevant experience, I'm confident in my ability to make a valuable contribution to any team. I was a student assistant a mentor in my undergrad years, where I was working with students as I helped them navigate through the University, most especially first years. In 2021 I worked as an examination assistant under the department of Education. I sell forever living products as a side hustle, which equips me with an ability to be able to work with different kinds of people on a daily. Im a very flexible person

I obtained my grade 12 in 2020. And recently graduated on the 4th of April as I had obtained my bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. which means I have a Level 7 degree
