I am a goal oriented professional Wheel alignment Technician with the working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, Coordination and Facilitation of Projects and Learning Management Software. I am as well a qualified facilitator, assessor and moderator. Dependable and trainer bringing management experience and a willingness to take on added responsibility to meet tight deadlines. 

• Develop learning materials specific to the client workflows as part of the model learning program
• Preparation for steering geometry, adjusting as per specifications and report analysis 
• Develop associates through mentoring and coaching performance, completing performance reviews, goal setting and development planning 
• Fault finding, replace faulty components, housekeeping, first aid and workshop safety
• Work on the curriculum teams as a subject matter expert and assist with development of assessments, activities and participant materials 
• Develop team goals and manage them for results 
• Promote diversity and create a respectful work environment 
• Review training evaluation results provided by the trainees to ensure effectiveness of programs and makes/recommends modifications as necessary 
• Effectively evaluate the programs being delivered, working in collaboration with the instructional design team on improvements 
• Good presentation skills. Excellent command of English, both written and oral and strong organizational skills 
• Develop and support initiatives to meet quality standards in automotive industry and improvement. 
• Demonstrate professionalism, self-motivation, and reliability through a positive attitude, communication and participation in a workplace, classroom and in training session. 
• Assist the Program Manager in the site’s quality assurance activities including: case record reviews for completeness, consistency, and quality work 
• Ability to read, analysis and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations 
• Motor industry knowledge 
• Has experience and advanced ability to conduct individual and group gap analyses, and provide appropriate remediation and reinforcement solutions 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
