The scale of businesses I have been involved in always required meticulous planning, organising with clear and concisecommunication. These elements were and will always remain vital to any department and organisation. management experience within one of South Africa’s most successful public 
private partnerships, the CTICC, before it became a fully owned and 
managed municipal entity. As a member of CTICC’s Management Team 
through all the various business lifecycles was an educational and exciting 
one. My success has been underpinned by being open, transparent, people 
and system driven, innovative and strategic in my approach within the 
organization and by creating value, through building an amazing team 
culture with a focus on world class execution and amazing personalized
