Thank you for the opportunity to introduce myself. I am currently working for Latter Rain Mission int. The exposure to our congregation enabled me to, gain a fast amount of people, organization and management skills. Where I had to take charge and think on my feet to go the extra mile helping out where needed. The skills which had to be learned fast to adhust and keep up with current demand including livestock transporting, public speaking, live streaming, event organization and audio sound engineering. 

With a goal set and a deadline to complete the task, I focus on 3 main items 

1) Access the task focus on requirements

 2) adapt or acquire a skill set to assist in achieving the goal 

3) Whatever you do do it right the first time. 

Currently I am busy completing Business management with CollageSA.I Am a fast learner easily adaptable and highly motivated. I would be honored to add my skill set to your company

• Planning and maintaining work schedules for all teams to ensure a smooth operation 
• Oversight and assisting in all maintenance work Hands on with ride on mower and to maintain and repair as needed (John Deere)
• Maintaining and upkeep of the security systems around the property (Electric fencing, intercom, camera, etc.)
• Assist with daily maintenance where needed to help and solve the problem as well as possible (plumbing,Electric,Painting and general repairs) 
• Installing of irrigation systems in lawn and garden 
• Maintaining Irrigation systems and ensure all pumps perform at optimal capacity
• Installing of Water tanks and piping systems for windpump
• Experience in daily handyman tasks such as plumbing, electrical, tiles, chipboard installation, painting ens.        
• Planning and coordinating daily trips to ensure correct eta and fuel efficiency 
• Truck driver experience in long haul driving (Manual)
• Transporting of livestock long distance – Namibia and South Africa
• Furniture removal – Loading and transporting 
• Transporting of passenger’s cross border to and from Namibia
• Upkeep and maintaining of all vehicles in fleet, update the licenses and keep track of services history 
• Transporting of working teams to be at work on time
• Safety checks on vehicles weekly for optimum performance and reliability 
• Upkeep of all admin work for every transporting trip, ensure that all logbooks is updated 
• Weekly progress reports to management
• Overseeing and coordinating landscaping and maintenance teams and responsibilities 
• Maintaining lawns to meet standards and keeping in a healthy environment 
• Responsible daily to ensure that all timed and set goals are met for every event 
• Ensuring that all machinery needed is in good working condition 
• Do services on machinery where needed.
• Reporting of all activities and completion to the management. 
• Overseeing working teams’ pre-requirements and administration of all complains
• Coordinating camps with catering 
• Coordinating day trips for youth 
• Leading Bible study group

Video Live Streaming 

• Managing activities and setup for the streaming team through YouTube
• Fault finding and oversight during streaming of services
• Draught up of databases and reporting to management to ensure for the best communication between the Pastor and the congregation
• Upkeep of all streaming equipment
• Directing to ensure the best quality sound and video output
• Corresponding with all members of the church to ensure the working and correct setup of devices for the receiving of live streaming services
• Preparation and researching for public speaking at and during services
• Responsible for training of streaming team and to ensure every member of the team is fully equipped with all the knowledge to be able to perform at their best in the position given or trained in
