Antoinette Thetele

My name is Tebogo Thetele, I am a seasoned visual merchandising professional With over 16 years’ 
experience in VM, 7 in management, I am known for enhancing performance through implementing
best practices and improving staff training protocols as I enjoy training and developing staff. 
As an area visual merchandiser for one of South Africa’s biggest retailer, I bring vast knowledge and 
experience in window displays, planning and organising model store, workshops and store openings. My 
work spans retailers and companies at varying stages of growth, from high fashion to sports and now 
adventure. One of the organisations I worked for provided me with an opportunity to make a significant 
contribution to a large project where I opened 54 stores in a space of 3 years, while on the team, I
learned to coordinate a store opening team in order to meet deadlines, liaise with suppliers, shopfitting 
and design teams. I was exposed to creating floor plans and planograms and interpreting them to staff 
for implementation while developing a visual strategy. 
I have a love for retail, passion for fashion and flair for visual. I am hard working and enjoy learning new 
skills; I am proficient in all MS Office programs especially Excel and PowerPoint. I am confident I will
