I Relocated to Cape Town in 2010, joining Pam Golding Blouberg, where I expanded into both residential
and development sales along the Western Seaboard.
At MSP, I excelled in selling both off-plan and turnkey developments with significant success in the retirement sector as well.
Later I joined Opportunity Private Capital, which comprised of investments, Construction and later OppRealty which I was a lead contributor in building up. Part of my duties included contributing to the architectural plans, selecting finishes and pricing units based on competitive market research.
As a Property Finance Consultant at SA Home Loans, duties typically revolve around guiding clients through the home loan process, scrutinizing company financials, bank statements, income and expenses to determine affordability within the boundaries of various policies and products ranging from Salaried to self-employed clients as well as the government sector.
