Experience
Buyer - All local and international procurement that includes sourcing new suppliers, negotiating best prices, monitoring of stock. Finalize the purchase details and making sure products get delivered on time and meet the required standard. Accounting - Responsible for all creditors as well as all other expenses. Ensure all expenses are captured and sent through for payments. Follow up on payments, create and send remittance advises to all suppliers. Ensure that all bank transactions are allocated. Office management – Responsible for all other administration task. Capturing Monthly wages, operate all office equipment, ordering of fuel cards and monitoring spending on them. Keeping all personnel files up to date. Printing and distributing payslips. Booking and keeping track of all medicals and training. Assist with creating safety files. Organising all company functions. Personal assistant to the 2 company owners Operational Management – Managing the store and panel building staff. The Covid Lockdown adversely impacted the viability of this business and necessitated it to downsize. |
