  • Implementation of safety programs, site inspection, initiation of corrective action.
  • Safety inspection and audit programs.
  • Revision and establishment of fire and life safety (NFPA), including management of fire warden training, maps, drills. emergency response plans.
  • Environmental safety includes hazardous materials handling and disposal, waste disposal, exhaust systems, disposal of hazardous materials and other relevant issues.
  • Evaluating and monitoring contractor’s health, safety, and environment practices (HSE plan, Risk assessment, PTW).
  • COVID-19 management (risk management for planned events for COVID and HSE related risks, implementation of preventative and mitigation controls, training ‘return to work”).

Laboratory and other general safety training programs for diverse groups. Establishing safety courses on direct face to face, online platforms, and pre-recorded training sessions (WebEx, CANVAS).
