I have developed a strong foundation in tourism management through my coursework and extracurricular activities. My academic background has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of key concepts such as destination management, sustainable tourism practices and customer service excellence. 

Additionally my role at Lagoon beach hotel as a receptionist and at Around about cars as a Junior Car Rental Agent, provided me with valuable insights into practical aspects of the job market. While there, I had the opportunity to assist with customer inquiries, develop promotional materials, and contribute to the growth of the company. This experience enhanced my communication skills and helped me understand the importance of delivering exceptional service to clients.
