• Doing all administrative functions within the Human Resource Division.
• Paid close attention to detail while updating staff files and contracts.
• Writing Job descriptions and performance plans
• Writing KPI’S for different job types
• Handling performance evaluation on iPerform system (internal system)
• Capture employee and company data onto MS Excel system.
• Capturing EEQ reporting on the labour site for different companies
• Compile an EEA plan. 
• Working closing with SETA’s such as FASSET and MERSETA
• Handling all Human Resource functions, including interviews, payroll planning and execution, and diverse administrative processes.
• Doing all recruitment for all types of clients and industries (interviews and recruiting)
• Training and implementing new workplace policies and contracts.
• Dealing with different kinds of Unions in the work environment throughout various industries
• Handling all Health and Safety audits
• Making all staff inquiries 
• Arrange and administrate all medical tests for production employees.
• Handling all staff loans and liaison with the financial department
• Handle staff counseling sessions within different industries
• Implementing Employee wellbeing 
• Handling all UIF and other fund administration
