I worked at StarSat as a call center agent doing both Outbound and inbound as well as back office. I have good communication skills and I work well under pressure and I am innovative and I am a team player. 

I have a Qualification of Sales and marketing from Boston City Campus and Business College. I have NQF Level 5 National Certificate in Banking Services Advise.
