With an Honours degree in Industrial Psychology and a Bachelor of Administration in Human Resource Management, I possess a solid foundation in the field and a deep understanding of managing human capital.

As a Human Resources Administrator, I have successfully managed various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and employee relations. I have a proven record of accomplishment of implementing effective HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.

In my previous role as a Financial Administrator, I gained valuable experience in financial management, budgeting, and reporting. This has equipped me with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
