I have obtained a Bachelor of Commerce in Supply Chain from Regent Business School and therefore equipped with the ability to participate in functional management within an integrated supply chain. Over and above the Bachelor of Commerce in Supply Chain, I also have a certificate in Call Center Agent, Customer Service Consultant, and a Diploma in Office Administration. I have also completed a computer literacy certificate, with specific focus on Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
In the past, I worked as a Call Center Agent, Customer Service Consultant, In-house Controller, Receptionist and I am currently a Senior Customer Service Representative at one of the top multinational company, Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc.
I therefore have an extensive experience as a Receptionist, In-house Controller, Customer Service Consultant, Call Centre Agent and Senior Customer Service Representative.
