Andre Pretorius

Hi my name is André Pretorius. I currently work as Head of Department for Reception at Medipark24 (Supervisor) in addition to this I also run and manage the entire Customer Service Department. Medipark24 is the second-largest GP practice in South Africa. I am passionate and positive, and I enjoy working with people who are the same. 

A little bit about my managing style: I love the image that a servant-leader gives. I believe that it is crucial to see your team members as essential and valued. A true leader inspires others whereas false leaders oppress and bully others for what they want, This is not me. 

I would love the opportunity to elevate the Data Capture team to new heights…not because of me…but because of a smooth-running and passionate team.
