About Andiswa Maphanga:

I am currently in the University of Johannesburg doing Dip: road transport management (freight), in 2024 i will be doing my third year. I am a mature team worker and adaptable to all challenging situations. I am able to work well both in a team environment as well as using own initiative. This year i worked as a teachers assistant, it was challenging but i overcame the challenge. I am an enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable, responsible and hard working person.

Experience

My first work i did was become a teachers assistant, i worked with both the teachers and the learners. I had a strong relationships with their students by being warm, available, and kind. Being a teachers assistant made me be leader i had to show the kids the leadership skills. It made me learn to be able to work in team and become a team leader.
