Experience
Performs daily maintenance of the network.
Conducts installation at the customers’ premises for voice or data lines including Internet that use copper cable medium as well as fibre optics, ADSL, ISDN, and WCDMA among others.
Perform work on the GPON, copper: MSAN/ISAM, UMC and wireless network: WCDMA.
Performs fault finding and repair of Telkom products; liaises with customers on service and product status; coordinates with customer service team and management of any relevant service issue and customer complaints.
Perform installation of different fibre enclosure e.g (B8G,slim box ,fose joint ..) and changing of faulty spliter.
Perform splicing and provide spares for metro Ethernats.
