Andile Matabata

I am a qualified plant pathologist with three years of experience.I completed my Honours degree at the University of KwaZulu-Natal in 2019. I am a hard working individual who is determined to advance my knowledge and skills in the Agricultural sector. I am good working in the laboratory and in the field. 

I have 3 years of experience in the Agricultural industry. I worked for the Department of Rural Development and Agrarian Reform (DRDAR) as a plant pathologist for 2 years.  Im currently doing my internship at Forestry and Agricultural Biotechnology Institute (FABI).  I perform diagnostic services for plant diseases and also conduct trials on new methods for effective disease control. I am a team player but also work well individually. 

I finished my BSc Honours degree in 2019 at the University of KwaZulu-Natal majoring in Plant pathology.
