I am a dedicated logistics clerk in the agricultural and chemical manufacturing industry with a one year experience as a customer service intern. My work involves juggling multiple tasks and provide me with important hands-on experience to work as a foundation to build my career in logistics and supply chain. I would like to use my skills to achieve the organizational goals and in turn avail the opportunity of self-development and continuous learning to evolve into a global logistics and supply chain.

• Receiving of POs and entering them on the system (syspro) • Preparing and issuing shipping documents (goods declaration, delivery notes, bills of lading, supply chain transfer DN and invoices) • Maintain updated records of orders • Oversee the levels of the warehouse stock and place orders accordingly • Planning shipments based on product availability • Dispatching of orders • Providing information to customers about the status of their orders • Receiving stock from our factory into our warehouse • Handling returns from customers • Stock counting • Compiling reports on Syspro • Proforma invoicing • Dealing with creditor queries • General office administration.
