Ambious computer studies graduate looking to fill an Internal IT support posion who is always looking to learn new skills, take on extra responsibilies, and grow professionally. I am a highly organized quick learner who is always looking to improve in all aspects. I am also highly movated to complete tasks and take on new challenges irrespecve on the level of difficulty due to the fact that I have a lot of potenal for improving myself while working under pressure. I have learnt many things in a short span of 6 months such as, learning how to work me efficient and complete tasks within the given me and under less supervision, work with people and analyzing what needs to be done, as well as learning about project management and meengs where I sat in and listened to the brilliant ideas from my coworkers and how they went about solving problems and coming to conclusions. One of my biggest strengths at Dunlop was working with customers who aren't very computer literate.
I have completed various tasks such as:
- Creang SOP (Standard Operang Procedure).
- Enabling Bitlocker.
- Many soware installaons.
- Windows updates.
- Reinstalling Windows.
- Laptop screen replacements.
- Server space allocaon daily checkups.
- WiFi router configuraon.
- Solving any windows errors that a user experienced.

i have completed my degree in BSC IT in the year 2022 and I have a higher certification in pc engineering as well
