Approximate rate: ZARR 125 per hour

Experience

  • Configure and provide support to all networking accessories in different workstations.
  • Identify and resolve all hardware related problem for better performance and detect networking issues. 
  • Installation and setup of Office suites-2007,2010,2012,2013,2016,365
  • Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot desktop and network hardware, peripheral devices, printing/scanning devices, presentation equipment, software, and other products in order to deliver required desktop service levels.
  • Perform troubleshoot and resolve VOIP systems and VPN related problems.
  • Provide update on Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange on regular basis.
  • Monitor systems to oversee firewall and other network related improvement processes.
  • Sustain and fix issues on LAN/WAN, VoIP telephone, Biometric, Video systems and other computing equipment
  • Measuring and monitoring IT compliance
  • Developing systems and processes for the management and reporting of risks
  • Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex desktop problems for end users, and recommend and implement corrective solutions, including off-site repair for remote users as needed.
  • Backup and Disaster Recovery plans.
  • Software license management.
