I am a qualified and experienced Legal Administrator, with three years of administrative roles in legal, HR, and hospitality sectors.
I have supported the legal department at CCI Global with various tasks, such as legal documents, contracts, agreements, database, filing, meetings, research, analysis, compliance, and reports. I have also communicated and handled queries, requests, and correspondence with stakeholders.
I have assisted with contracts and agreements at Suncoast Casino, ensuring compliance with policies, standards, laws, and regulations. I have also maintained and updated the contracts database and filing, and monitored and reported on the performance and compliance of the contracts and agreements. I have also handled and processed customer bookings, orders, payments, and feedback, and ensured customer satisfaction and loyalty. I have also managed and updated the cafe's website, social media, and online platforms, and promoted the cafe's brand and services.
