I have worked for different industries media 24,telkom,homechoice as well as woolworths financial services. I have done various functions within these industries at homechoice I have been in a contact centre whereby I have done sales,collections and fraud I'm adaptable to change and work well on my own and within a team. I'm a fast learner and I'm also target driven.im passionate about customers and have excellent negotiating skill. I held the position as the designated agent at woolworths financial services in our collections department.

I have assisted inbound and outbound collection and worked different campaigns. Follow up on payment queries as well as escalations and providing feedback timeously.
