My current role includes the full spectrum of Executive Assistant duties with specific emphasis on complex diary management, regular local and overseas travel, minute taking, and arranging all administration and documentation ahead of monthly, quarterly, and annual Board meetings. Providing personalized secretarial and administrative support to the Executive and Management Team in a professional and timely manner. I maintain efficiency and administration systems, looking to improve and develop where necessary. I am a strong communicator who can receive and process complex information efficiently and return pass on required key information and action points to the Team.

 

I also functioned as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners. Providing statutory compliance assistance for Group Companies in terms of the Companies Act, and the Articles of Memorandum. I liaised and recorded Annual General Meetings (AGM), Board Meetings, Audit Committee meetings, and EXCO meetings.  Prepared and drafted all resolutions. Advised Group Directors on legislation relevant to and/or affecting Group Companies and guided duties, responsibilities, and powers in terms of the Company Act. Accounting and management of the Company Group Share Scheme. Managed information flow in a timely and accurate manner. Assisted with research as needed, and daily upkeep of records. Regularly liaise with staff, senior management, executives, directors, and key stakeholders, ensuring productive, efficient, and professional service.  Format information for internal and external communication being memos, emails, presentations, and reports. 

 

I have excellent leadership, communication, planning, and translational skills. I am punctual, reliable, loyal, hard-working, and detail orientated. I work very well under pressure and I am also a positive person who is willing to take on new responsibilities. I am self-motivated, proactive, and inquisitive with a natural drive toward continuous improvement. I have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively at all levels including senior management and executives and the ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently. I demonstrate organizational and time management capabilities. I am extremely analytical and detail-focused and can multi-task with the ability to work to deadlines whilst maintaining focus and accuracy. I have the willingness to cover critical tasks during team holidays/absences and the ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
