Hospitality Manager
- Staff Recruitment and Training:
- Source, interview, and hire event staff.
- Conduct thorough training sessions tregarding with event protocols, responsibilities, and customer service expectations.
- Staff Supervision and Performance Management:
- Assign specific duties and responsibilities to event staff according to the event requirements.
- Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and address any performance issues in a timely and constructive manner.
- Ensure staff compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures.
- Staff Scheduling and Logistics:
- Create and maintain detailed staff schedules, taking into account event timelines, staff availability, and workload distribution.
- Coordinate logistics related to staff transportation, uniforms, equipment, and supplies.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with other event team members to ensure seamless collaboration and execution.
- Customer Service and Guest Satisfaction:
- Train staff to deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive experience for guests.
- Resolve any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Regularly monitor guest satisfaction through feedback channels and take necessary actions to improve service quality.
- Event Coordination:
- Collaborate with event planners and coordinators to understand event requirements and ensure staff aligns with those needs.
- Oversee staff setup, arrangement, and cleanup tasks before, during, and after events.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other event personnel to ensure efficient event operations.
