Alice Matobako

My name Is Maleshoane Alice Matobako and I studied Marketing Management N4 – N6. I

have advanced customer service experience as I have work as a cashier for 5 years and a

part time switchboard operator for 2 years and 5months at Massmart Game Store ( Cresta )

and I worked as a store associate at miniso lifestyle where I got exposure to international

supply chain and I recently worked as a frontline cashier at Dischem Pharmacy.

I am a young, confident, very matured lady who is enthusiastic, friendly, ambitious driven,

self-motivated and a people’s person who lives for working under pressure.

I have advance skills in Microsoft Office and outlook and have strong team building skills

contributing to reach the goals of the team I also have great interpersonal skills and have an

skills in different business environment and aim to excel every task I undertake

I understand the importance of delivering good customer service very well and I live to

display good attitude towards customers and everything general. I am a very good listener
