I have knowledge or skill with computer as well as outbound and inbound call. I'm good with face to face customer care , good English command , a very good listener and problem sover, good planer as well. I work good with a team or without a team , am not offended by good critics.  I've been working with scanners, computer and phone for 5 years now and I am able to produce good results.
