My name is Alfred Skosana I have a vast experience working with NGO, I worked for the NGO called Healthcare Development and Training Institute which had a partnership with the department of health. Our scope of work was to bring primary healthcare services to the people and i worked as a project manager overseeing design, marketing, promotion, delivery and quality of programs, products and services, I was also responsible for the recruitment, employment, and release of all personnel, both paid staff and volunteers and assures the organization and its mission, programs, products and services are consistently presented in strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders

I might have non experience on the field of security but have an ability to grow with a job, handle responsibility and build positive relationships with work colleagues at all levels. My present employer is very satisfied with my work rate, and I am confident that I can bring the same level of high performance to your company.

I have completed my Matric in 1997 and took some trainings to upgrade my knowledge and skills. Some of the training that i did are Finance management with AFSA, Advance Counseling and testing with the department of Health and FPD; and Community Capacity Enhancement with AFSA. I have also done secirity training with PACIFIST security Center, Firearm for both personal and business purpose with Dimasi Training Providers.
