I am a very dedicated individual, who can think on my feet and i am good at training my colleagues  and leading .I am good on POS and i am computer literacy. I am good with customer liaison, and problem solving. I am a goal oriented individual who can think on my feet and cool under pressure. I can close, open, order ,pack storerooms in FiFo order and capture stock ,including cost controls.I am also good in making sure the kitchen and floor staff follow Hygiene protocols.

I have worked in the Hospitality industry for more than 19 years,I have worked in places such as Buffalo Ridge Spur,White Water Spur in Haartbees spoort Dam. Kiowa spur in Centurion, Cappello in Centurion , Altra Cosa in Musina, Dongola Ranch, Musina Hotel, Sand River Resort, Silver Star Casino, Indaba Hotel and Social on Main. I have performed duties as a waiter, Griller, Stock Controller, Kitchen Manager and Food and Beverage Manager

I finished my Matric in Musina High in Limpopo.I enrolled through intec college for my Food and Beverage Management which i did not complete
