My name is Akhona Mhlongo I’m currently based in Durban. As far as my edu is concerned I hold a National diploma in Public Administration. I have 06 months experience working as a supply chain intern. 
I I am an enthusiastic, inspired, dedicated, self- motivated a dependable and hard working individual. I have a great hand-eye coordination and I can learn new jobs easily.
I have the ability to manage my time easily and to multi task in order to complete daily task in a reasonable amount of time . I have the skill to follow verbal and written directions to perform job that requires repetition.
I’m in an excellent physical condition with the ability to stand for long hours, perform heavy lifting and work in all types of weather conditions to perform the task that is required. 


I worked at Greys hospital as a supply chain clerk doing an inser training for a period of 6 Months. 

duties include: Opening of tender Box

• Prepare adverts documentation for government gazette and place on notice board

• Photocopying and issuing of tender documents

• Compiling of orders as per SCM prescripts and submit to awarded supplier

• Ensure orders are placed with awarded company

• Checking invoice for payments

• Requesting of EBT stubs of the institution on BAS

• Minute taking

• Verification of suppliers on database

• Filing of documents

• Receiving of goods from suppliers

• Stock taking

• Writing of new orders

• Processing of orders

• Doing follow ups on outstanding orders

• Compiling of monthly accruals and commitments schedule

• Maintain and update fixed asset register Process Dayto day

• Render reception functions

• Provide office services
