Have 7 years’ experience as a Senior Accountant at IPT Technologies, managed the debtors and creditors team. Made all payments. Managed and maintained the Rental Book as well.

4 year was the Lease Administrator at Nextec (EOH Secuirty & Building Technologies Leasing Division) who managed and maintain customer relationships and Lease Book of R250 million. Maintained Insurance Asset Register.

Handled all Leasing contract enquirers. 

Did the monthly commissions calculation and reports.

Ensured end of term either client settled or returned equipment in good working condition. End of term equipment the company opened its own short term IT rentals. Manged to improve cash flows, debtor’s day reduce from 90 to 45 days.

March 2018 to January 2019 the Accountant for TBI Asset Rentals. Monthly Management Accounts with Consolidation and managed daily cash flows against forecast.     

Currently have a contract as Financial Manager at Mediamark (Pty) Ltd, ends October 2019. Manage 2 creditor`s ladies, a debtors manager with 5 team member and an accountant. Report directly to the Financial Director.

Was told that the company`s book were not balancing. Did not know until 2 months in that how bad the situation was.

The company failed their 3402 and June 2018 Audit had major finding and was only Completed in October 2018 and was scheduled to be completed at the end of August 2018., R18 million of revenue was not accounted for from the booking systems that get brought into Sage Evolution via an interface each month.

The Debtor Aging and Ledger were not balancing, every month end there were always differences after interface was run between TBS booking system and Sage Evolution. Some differences were Vat issues. Some months the interface had to be re- run twice to sort out the differences.

The companies year was June 2019, I managed to get the company’s books all in order and balanced intercompany sales and loan account as well as related parties. The audit Stared mid-way June and was completed one week later by the 1st week of August 2019 (Year end June).

To date the July and August run smoother than expected, the most importing thing is that all Station Sale and relevant report are balancing back to the general ledger as well as the Debtor Aging.

Have set with the external support team and have picked up most of the issue concerning the Sage Evolution System. Have scheduled the end of September to look at the back end and redesign the system to suit the company’s needs more efficiently.

Mediamark offer`s booking for Radio, TV and Digital in the media space in the Country.

Mediamark is an intermediary, which earns fees from doing the various radio station live booking on the station booking system and monitors whether the live advertising, read and other digital booking occur. As the booking agent, Mediamark is the collection agent to the Station`s and due to all the clients they credit vet, and pay`s Station guaranteed revenue of 60 days on these clients.

Mediamark is part of the Kagiso Media Group, which rolls into KTH – Kagiso Tiso Holdings.

Intercompany Station are Jacaranda, East Coast Radio, and Urban Brew Studios.

Related parties are Kaya FM, Hearth FM, iGagasi FM and Jamirite.

Other stations and other parties are Smile FM, Cape Town Radio, Gumtree, MSN, Sony Asia, Cartoon Network, Boomerang, Turner Group.

Current a Finance Manager at Gibb Pty Ltd , overseeing 1 division month end, management accounts, cash flow, budgets, Audit and Draft AFS.
