Responsibilities 

 

  • Saudi Arabia Tasnee ASIC furnace ramp up – AC furnace ( August 2022 – current)
  • Furnace roof refractory trials
  • Furnace heap height measurements
  • Monitor, prevent and track MgO excursion.
  • Do daily monitoring of process parameters to identify trends and possible problems
  • Raw material management (Anthracite and ilmenite quality)
  • Development and implementation of process procedures and daily production monitoring systems

  • Initiate and implement CI projects

  • Management of consumables (desulphurizers, carbon and slag conditioners)
