I am a experienced in Cashiering, Technical support, Telephone (Outbound and inbound) and I am computer literate with MS Office Packages, currently in possession of two National certificates, General Travel and End user computing looking to build career in Office administration.

I am an experienced Cashier with POS systems and retail operations experience, I have worked as a Trainee Consultant with Travel With Flair, handling travel orders process, vouchers process, invoices and payment process, skilled and experienced in Cookery and Grill with Nandos, I am currently working as Helpdesk support agent looking to intensely further my career in office administration and management.

I am currently holding Matric with symbol B, with 3 official languages, Also in possession on Galileo course and Domestic fares and ticketing system certificate, I am holding SA specialist certification with SAA ( South African Airways) I have two National Certificates one in General Travel and also End User Computing, I have also acquired Helpdesk support agent certificate with Herotel Academy.
