Adeyemi Adebayo

Adeyemi is currently a postdoctoral research fellow at the University of South Africa (Unisa), South Africa. He holds a Ph.D. in Accounting Sciences from Unisa. He has more than seven years of experience in consulting, research, and academia. His main consulting, research, and academic goals revolve around how organizations (both for-profit and not-for-profit) may be better organized and structured to function properly and achieve their objectives. Related topics include organization and governance strategies in state-owned and private enterprises, financial and non-financial reporting, including assurance practices, corporate social responsibility (CSR), sustainability, accountability, sustainable development goals (SDGs), ownership and organizing models, internationalization of enterprises, socially responsible investing (SRI), sustainable finance, sustainable investing, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors in terms of corporate and non-corporate governance and management. The interdisciplinarity of these consulting, research, and teaching areas better positions him in terms of his versatility in contributing positively to academia and research.
