As Admin Ramp Ground Controller, (May 2018 to date) the applicant is responsible for coordinating and controlling the ground activities of airport ramp operations. This role will involve liaising with ground handling agents, airlines, airport authorities, and other service providers to ensure efficient and safe ramp operations.

Key Responsibilities:

As Airport Information Desk Operator, (March 2014 to June 2017) will be responsible for providing accurate and timely information to passengers and visitors, as well as updating the Flight Information Display Systems (FIDS) at the airport. This role will involve communicating with passengers, airport authorities, airlines, and other service providers to ensure that all information is up-to-date and accurate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the airport information desk and provide accurate and timely information to passengers and visitors.
• Update the Flight Information Display Systems (FIDS) with flight schedules, gate assignments, and other relevant information.
• Communicate with airport authorities, airlines, ground handling agents, and other service providers to ensure that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
• Assist passengers with flight information, airport facilities, and transportation options.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of airport operations, regulations, and policies.
• Prepare and distribute reports, including daily flight schedules, airport news, and updates.
• Provide administrative support to the airport operations team, including tracking of work schedules and incident reporting.
• Collaborate with other airport departments, such as security and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
• VIP Lounge: 
• Assisting passengers, dealing with high profile government officials and all international celebrities.  
• (Relief Function) as Apron Officer: 
• Includes dealing with landing, approaching, parking and fuel fees.
