Professional Profile:
Since joining PwC in 2013 I have been successful in winning five awards namely the Transformation Champion of the year award 2014 awarded by Black Business Quarterly, Top Empowered Transformation/Diversity Award 2016, Top Empowered Skills Development Award 2016 awarded at the 15th Oliver Empowerment awards ceremony, Best Employer of the Year for the Transformational agenda 2016, PwC was named “Big 4 Firm of the Year” at the SA Professional Services Awards in recognition for the outstanding commitment to our transformation & diversity programs.
These awards are testament to the Transformational strategies that I have successfully implemented and driven within the firm. My most recent accolade is increasing the firms BEE status to a Level 1 AAA+ and maintaining such for the second year, using the new Generic Codes of Good Practice from a projected Level 3, in addition to an Honorary Legendary Transformation awarded at the Oliver Empowerment awards 2017. This was from strategies that I had formulated and implemented within the practice, with a specific focus on an Enterprise & Supplier Development program.
At PwC I have reported directly to the Board of Directors - Partners of the Management Leadership team (ManCo). I left PwC in May 2018, to join the SAP family in the capacity of Head of Transformation, Diversity & Inclusion, reporting to the Africa MD
