The IIE Varsity College, Sandton Campus has a vacancy for a Lecturer in Programming (School of IT) in any of the following**:

Java
C Sharp (C#)Introduction and Advanced
Android (Kotlin)
HTML (& CSS)
Java

Script / React / Angular

MEAN Stack(MongoDB, Express, Angular and Node)
Cloud Development
Software Engineering

Key Performance Areas

Lecturing in the form of either facetoface sessions with students and/or online sessions;
Invigilation of formative assessment as may be required;
Diligent preparation for lectures, including preparation of inclass activities;
Marking and providing constructive feedback to students on all assessments;

Programming/Software Development

Minimum Education Requirements:

An Honours degree or higher in Computer Science/Information Technology

Alternatively:

An Honours degree or higher in similarly related fields with Programming

Minimum Work Experience Requirements:

Lecturing experience in programming (advantageous)
Relevant industry experience in your language or technology of speciality is essential
Lecturing or teaching experience within a Tertiary environment is (advantageous)
