OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION

  • To ensure the efficient and profitable operation of this Multifranchise Dealership by providing strategic direction and maximizing the productivity of people by instilling a Brand Centred, performance driven culture helping the Group move to a higher overall capacity for performance. Ensuring that the objectives that cover the dealerships operating policies and standards are clear to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and profitability.

    Inherent Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification (Degree / National Diploma) an advantage
years' experience in a senior managerial role or as a Dealer Principal or similar leadership role

  • Must have Multifranchise dealership experience in a managerial role
  • Must come from one of the larger automotive groups in South Africa
  • Must reside in the Fourways/Bryanston area
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proven track record
