Job Summary

To manage the Project Office. Ensure adherence to all project management processes and tools. Weekly monitoring of reports and managing exceptions with project stakeholders. Produce relevant dashboards and packs for governance forms such as Exco and Change Councils. Support project managers in complying with processes and standards. Must have experience in working in or managing a project office and relevant project management qualification. Minimum 5 years experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, advanced PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

Monitors the progression of a project at every stage and ensure that the objectives of a project are meet |

Maintain a desired level of quality in a service or product, especially by means of attention to every stage of the process of delivery or production | Ensure that timelines are met: Manage team in such a way that deadlines are met | Stakeholder management: Ensure that stakeholders are identified and engaged.

Education

Bachelor's Degrees and Advanced Diplomas:
Business, Commerce and Management Studies (required)
