Purpose of the role:


As a Campaign Delivery Manager, you will be the account manager responsible for media campaign delivery and management with your main partners being within the tourism board and trade organisations.

Your role will involve working closely with these partners to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns that promote destinations, attractions, and tourism experiences.

Your goal will be to drive visitor engagement, increase tourism revenue, and foster strong partnerships within the tourism industry. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of the campaign including the post campaign reporting and follow up. Skills required include generalist experience within the digital marketing space and strong relationship building abilities.


1) Work closely with Media Sales Team, Supply Team and Marketing Team:

  • Assist sales team to build an offering that covers clients strategic objectives
  • Work together on strategies to fulfil these inline with Travelstart's capabilities (aka do not let the sales team over promise)

2) Client Relationship Management:


  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Collaborate with clients to develop effective campaign strategies aligned with their business goals.
  • Update clients on campaign progress, performance, and opportunities

3) Campaign Strategy and Planning:


  • Work closely with clients to develop comprehensive campaign strategies and plans.
  • Define campaign objectives, KPIs, and metrics for success

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop campaign concepts and tactics.

4) Campaign Execution and Management:


  • Oversee the endtoend campaign execution process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Coordinate with marketing to deliver all campaign elements.
  • Monitor campaign performance, making datadriven decisions to optimise results.

5) Performance Tracking and Reporting:


  • Establish tracking mechanisms to measure campaign performance against set KPIs.
  • Analyse campaign data and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell additional services to existing clients.

Experience & Skills Requirement:


  • Digital Marketing and Campaign Management Experience
  • Basic knowledge of;
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Design
  • Content Creation
  • HTML / CSS
  • Javascript
  • Creative ability from conceptualisation to delivery
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with partners, internal, teams, and key stakeholders.
  • Good problemsolving abilities to ensure any needs and concerns are addressed in a timely manner and longstanding ending relationships with partners
  • Ability to build bid decks on google slide templates (can be ontrained)
  • Ability to prepare reports from google analytics and Qlik (can be ontrained) 2
